Terms & Conditions for InfoComm India 2022 – Hotel Bookings

The room rates are in Indian Rupees on per room per night basis. The rates are inclusive of room charges & Breakfast only.
GST will be applicable on the total invoice amount as mentioned under hotel rates. Any future levies will be charged extras.
Check-in time at the hotels is 1500 hours & Check out at 1200 hours.Early Check-in and late Check-out is subject to availability.
To confirm the room reservation full advance payments are required within 03 working days which could be made through a secure payment gateway.
The validity of Special rates is till 6^th July 2022.
Twin room (i.e. 2 separate beds) will be subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Amendment Clause:

Amendment/change in Name only shall be entertained.
Any date amendment/change post receipt of the payment will not be entertained.
Cancellation Clause for rooms booked on/or before as per the dates mentioned below:
On/or before 6 July 2022 - No cancellation charges.
From 6 July 2022 to 27 July 2022-50% cancellation charges of the total billing will be applicable.
From 27 July 2022 onwards & No Show-100% cancellation charges will be applicable. (No Refund)
Any room cancellation needs to be addressed in writing only.

Refund Clause:

Any refunds if applicable for cancellations based as per the above clauses will be processed in/by 7 working days after the completion of the event (Post 8 September 2022).
To avail special rates, the above said terms and conditions will be applicable irrespective of hotel rules.
The above will be our standard operating procedure & Rooms are subject to availability.
