HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

• Distance from venue is approximate
• The check-in / check-out is 12 noon.
• Above Room rates are of base room category (unless specified) and include buffet breakfast.
• Additional 18% GST will be applicable for all above room rates.
• Above rates are valid for a period from 24 - 26 March 2021
• Any room booking requirement other that specified dates should be mailed at darshany@tamarindglobal.com & hemantk@tamarindglobal.com
• Rooms shall be offered on ‘first cum first serve basis’ and ‘subject to availability’.
• Booking amendments in stay reductions / cancellations before 45 days from check-in will attract 01 night retention charge.
• Booking amendments in stay reductions / cancellations less than 45 days from check-in; or early departures after check-in / No shows will attract full retention for the cancelled days.
• All taxes (service tax / hotel luxury tax) are Government mandated and may change / increase / decrease. The tax structure applicable during the event dates will apply.
• Additional 18% GST will be applicable on room rates.

CHAUFFER DRIVEN TRANSPORTATION

• All the above rates are in Indian Rupees.
• Hotel rates quoted are for the base category rooms.
• Rates for higher categories of rooms / suites are available on request.
• Rates for other categories of vehicles are available on request.
• Above rates are inclusive of all prevailing hotel taxes.
• Local use Km & Hr. will be charged from company garage to garage. Toll/ Tax, parking will be billed as per actuals.
• Entrance to places of visits/ monuments will be paid by guest directly as per actual cost.
