Terms & Conditions for InfoComm India 2019 - Hotel Bookings:
  • The room rates are in Indian Rupees on per room per night basis. The rates are inclusive of room charges & Breakfast only.
  • GST will be applicable on the total invoice amount as mentioned under hotel rates. Any future levies will be charged extras.
  • Check-in time at the hotels is 1500 hours & Check out at 1200 hours.
  • Early Check-in and late Check-out is subject to availability. To avoid any last minute inconvenience, kindly book the room either from the previous or for the post night.
  • To confirm the room reservation, full advance payment is required at the time of booking which could be made through a secured payment gateway.
  • The validity of Special rates is till 15th August 2019.
  • Twin room (i.e. 2 separate beds) will be subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Amendment Clause:
  • Amendment/change in Name only shall be entertained.
  • Any date amendment/change post receipt of the payment will not be entertained.
  • Cancellation Clause for rooms booked on/or before as per the dates mentioned below:
  • On/or before 15 August 2019 - No cancellation charges.
  • From 15th August 2019 to 20th August 2019 - 50% cancellation charges of the total billing will be applicable.
  • From 20th August 2019 onwards & No Show - 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.(No Refund)
  • In case if any hotel room or hotel gets sold out alternate options will be provided.
  • Any room cancellation needs to be addressed in writing only. Refund Clause - Any refunds if applicable for cancellations based as per the above clauses will be processed in/by 7 working days after the completion of the event (Post 25th September 2019). To avail special rates, the above said terms and conditions will be applicable irrespective of hotel rules. The above will be our standard operating procedure & Rooms are subject to availability.
